If you can't see any of your posts when you want to upload them to your campaigns, or your profile seems empty of campaigns, you might have one of your social media tokens expired.

Social media tokens are responsible for connecting your accounts to our platform, but they usually withdraw these permissions time after time for safety reasons.

You can easily renew your tokens by clicking "Renew" next to the social channels icon in your profile, under the "Platforms" menu.
