If you didn't receive your payment in the corresponding time (Fast payout – 3 business days / Slow payout – 30 days), your payment might got returned to us.
The most common reasons for returned funds are:
- the beneficiary's account has been closed
- the beneficiary's account number is incorrect
- the beneficiary's SWIFT/BIC code is incorrect
- the beneficiary's name does not match the account number
